This Privacy Policy applies to psle.autonex.sg, operated by Autonex Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore. We provide free AI-powered PSLE practice tools for students, parents and teachers.

By using this website, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information to operate our service:

• Email address — only if you voluntarily submit it via our "Notify Me" form to join the Parent Dashboard waitlist
• Usage data — anonymous data such as pages visited, subject and topic selections, and time on site, collected via Google Analytics and Google AdSense
• Device and browser information — automatically collected by our hosting provider and analytics tools
• IP address — used for rate limiting to prevent abuse of our AI question generation service

We do not collect names, NRIC, student ID numbers, school names, or any sensitive personal information. We do not require user accounts or login to use this service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Email addresses — to notify you when the Parent Dashboard premium feature launches
• Usage data — to understand how the tool is used and improve its content and performance
• IP addresses — for security rate limiting only, not stored or tracked

5. AI-Generated Content

Questions generated by this tool are created in real time by the Claude AI model (Anthropic). Your subject and topic selections are sent to the Anthropic API to generate questions. We do not store the content of generated questions or your selections beyond the current session.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Anthropic Claude API — AI question generation
• Google AdSense — advertising
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics
• Resend — transactional email for waitlist notifications
• Hostinger — web hosting

7. Data Retention

Email addresses collected via the Notify Me form are retained until the Parent Dashboard launches or until you request removal. You may request deletion of your email at any time by contacting us.

8. Children's Privacy

This service is designed for use by Primary 5 and 6 students in Singapore, typically aged 11–12, under parental supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Parents or guardians who believe their child has submitted personal information to us may contact us for removal.

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to:

• Request access to personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Withdraw consent for collection and use of your personal data
